Facilities
Set across 40 acres on the Derbyshire and Leicestershire border we are situated in the heart of England.
On site we have a 5 bay horse walker as well as over 20 acres of grazing and turnout paddocks allowing the horses to feel free and comfortable.
We are just 10 minutes away from an equine swimming pool which is used for training and rehabilitation.
Environment
Starting Stalls
The starting stalls are used to get the horses to feel familiar and comfortable with the experience. Horses break best when they are relaxed but ready for the starting bell. Using our proven techniques we make sure our horses are ready for race day.
Schooling and Hurdles
There is a 60x40m schooling paddock used for lunging.
Access to hurdles and chase fences are also available on site for those horses that have moved on to endurance and point to point competition.
Gallops
On site we have different types of gallops to recreate the varying grounds found on tracks across the country:

1 mile round dirt gallop

5 furlong sand/woodchip gallop
